As it takes an increasing part of our daily lives, artificial intelligence relies on a number of new concepts. The CNIL explains what is at stake regarding data protection, and how it supports solutions that respect people's rights.

AI : how to comply with regulations ?

The CNIL provides a reminder of the main principles to be followed, as well as its first recommendations on the application of the GDPR to the development of artificial intelligence systems.

The CNIL's action plan

The CNIL publishes an action plan for the deployment of AI systems that respect the privacy of individuals.

EU-U.S. Terminology and Taxonomy for Artificial Intelligence

Following the AI Roadmap suggestions for concrete activities aimed at aligning EU and U.S. risk-based approaches, a total number of 65 terms were identified with reference to key documents from the EU and the U.S.
