Council of Europe - Recommendation on profiling
20 November 2009The 19th meeting of the Bureau of the Consultative Committee (T-PD) of the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (T-PD) was held in Strasburg from November 18 to November 20.
After having organized a consultation and a hearing of representatives of the private sector, the T-PD examined a draft recommendation on profiling. CNIL, as General Secretary of the association of French-speaking data protection authorities attended this meeting to pass the commentaries made by the French-speaking data protection authorities on this draft recommendation.
