On the occasion of the fifth edition of the European data protection and privacy Day, CNIL unveils its iPhone application. This app is designed to educate young people and give them the right tools to control their image online.
CNIL has been participating for several months in the working group of the Commission for Energy Regulation ("CRE") on electric "smart meters". For the first time in years, a draft federal bill on privacy should be discussed in the House of Representatives in September.
